The service is run by Bradford Care Alliance, which represents most GP practices in the Bradford area.  Medical appointments are with GPs and other healthcare staff who work in the area. This means your appointment may not be with a clinician from this practice.

To get an appointment, please ask at Reception or telephone in the normal way. (It is not yet possible to book these appointments directly using the internet).

We will need to ask for your consent to share your medical record with the extended access service. When you are offered an appointment, our receptionists will explain what this means.

Extended access service provides GP, Physiotherapy, Nurse, and Health care assistant appointments from the subsequent different locations (hubs) across Bradford.
