All Kensington Partnership surgeries will be closed Monday 28th August for the bank holiday. Calls will be directed to our out-of-hours service or you can call 111 should you need to – we will not be available for any patient queries at the surgery, phone lines or PATCHS.
We will re-open across all surgeries as normal from Tuesday 29th August.
