We are pleased to announce that the Vaccination programme is progressing well at the Whetley Medical Centre.  Thousands of patients, staff and other healthcare workers have passed through the doors to get their vaccine this month with thousands more expected next month. We have also started to vaccinate our most vulnerable patients in care homes and that are housebound and are so proud of the team.   As instructed by the government we will be vaccinating the following COHORTS:   1)    Residents in a care home for older adults and their carers 2)    All those 80 years of age and over and frontline health and social care workers 3)    All those 75 years of age and over 4)    All those 70 years of age and over and clinically extremely vulnerable   You don’t need to call us when it’s your turn we shall call you.
