Lower Grange & Mughal Medical Centres will be closed from Friday 22nd December and will reopen on Tuesday 2nd January
Kensington Partnership & Woodroyd Medical Centre will be closed on Monday 25th & Tuesday 26th December and Monday 1st January
Even if you are a patient at a closed surgery you can still visit Kensington Partnership & Woodroyd Medical Centre if needed
Please ensure you have enough medicine over the Christmas period, repeat prescriptions can be ordered on the NHS App, SystmOnline and in surgery
The NHS Website has plenty of great advice and information on how to treat common illnesses if you need help whilst we are closed. If you still need help you can call NHS 111 or 999 in an emergency
PATCHS will be closed from Thursday 21st December and will reopen Tuesday 2nd January
