All Kensington Partnership practices will be closed Wednesday 18th October from 12pm for staff training. PATCHS will be switched off & calls will be directed to our out-of-hours service – you can call 111/999 should you need to in an emergency – we will not be available for any patient queries.
We will re-open across all practices as normal from 8am Thursday 18th January.
