Dear Patients,
We will be closing all sites tomorrow, Wednesday 17th May at 12pm for staff training – we will not be available for any patient queries at the surgery or PATCHS. Calls will be directed to our out-of-hours service or you can ring 111 should you need to.
All sites will re-open as normal, Thursday 18th May.
