There are messages being shared on Social Media about Woodroyd Medical Practice of Kensington Partnership and difficulties accessing the practice on the phone. We are fully aware of these issues and working very hard with our providers to improve access for our patients.

Please continue to use e-Consult if you can as this will free up the lines for people who cannot access online services.
We receive approx. 1000 calls a day and the new phone system will be able to cope with such a volume of calls
