Face Coverings

You will now be asked to wear a face covering if you are coming to our GP practice for an appointment. This will help protect you, other patients in the waiting area, and staff. What happens when you are referred by your GP to see a specialist

NHS England has recently produced a leaflet with the British Medical Association and National Association of Patient Participation Groups to explain what happens when you are referred by your GP to see a specialist.    This leaflet has been produced in response to changes that have been introduced in the past few years and aims to clarify what patients can expect from their GP practice and from the hospital. Please find a link to the leaflet below, or pick one up in reception. What happens when you are referred by your GP to see a specialist.

Have your say

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) represents the opinions patients and carers to the management of Kensington Partnership.   The PPG and the Partnership work closely to find ways of ensuring that patients and carers receive the best service possible in the difficult circumstances that we all face. Therefore we have been asking for your thoughts and suggestions about two very topical issues: surgery opening hours and online bookings.
